Hey Guys! I was curious if anyone had any resources (Books, videos, podcasts, blogs) that they would recommend to get a better understanding of eurodollars and how to trade options on them? Within my Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation I can find the ticker GE but I'd like to better understand the options trading on GE. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Where am I?

In The Exchange you can ask and answer questions and share your experience with others!

The GE futures (Globex Euro-Dollar) have a multiplier of 2500. Which mean each future is for about 250K. One interest rate basis point 0.01 = 25$, and the future is on the 3 month interbank rate.

The GE future options are the right (American style / physical delivery) for these futures.

If you are looking for books than read the excellent "Options as a Strategic Investment" by Lawrence G. McMillan. It's not specific for Euro-Dollar options but has a chapter on Future Options.

If you want to learn on options generally then you can check my blog at:
