The two largest reports I've seen in recent weeks come from The Block Crypto, and Brave New Coin. Both are over 30 page PDFs. Good luck!

A very good paper recently published by the Block -- fairly comprehensive https://www.theblockcrypto.com/post/75022/a-global-look-at-central-bank-digital-currencies-full-research-report13

Do let me know if you come across anything interesting? I am very interested in the space, exploring the software/ analytics opportunities as the space emerges.

2/3rds the way down there is a section on "Central Bank Digital Currencies"
