Just curious to see if anyone is doing this - I am looking into it - but need to make sure whatever hardware I am using can last for the next 2 years and will be hardened to power blips and lost internet connections. Â Any experience you can share would be most appreciated!
With the news that Powell is sending the $ back to Mnuchin.. anyone thinking about buying some puts on HYG/LQD?  From my limited understanding, the fed won’t be able to backstop the credit markets until Biden gets in and Congress signs off on it? I wonder if Ackman knew this before putting on his corporate bond short position?

Â I saw this link in researching him and went back and watched him stumble around his comment on being in the space for 10 years.

I have some relatives that are looking to develop a ~$20 mil property in Tahoe (Community housing/development/coop) ... they are getting some issues working with the developer and the banks.
